Reservations for Consultations and Procedures at AlDa require a deposit. No exceptions.
- For reservations made online, a member of our team will contact you for the deposit before accepting your request. If we are unsuccessful in reaching you within 24 hours the online request will not be accepted.
- For reservations made by phone please have your American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa Card available for processing.
- For reservations made in-office following a treatment plan, the deposit is waived. Should you need to reschedule this visit, a deposit will be required to reschedule.
- Deposits are forfeited when patients cancel a reservation with less than 24 hours’ notice.
