Medical Director Services Massachusetts

Medical Director Services for Aesthetic Practices

Most Medical Spa owners expect their Medical Director to be more than just a name on paper—but too often, they’re left without the mentorship, guidance, or support they need to provide the best possible care.

You deserve a Medical Director who is as invested in your success as you are. Alyssa D’Arcy offers a hands-on approach to medical directorship, helping you build a practice rooted in expertise, ethical standards, and exceptional patient outcomes.

Medical Director, Founder ALDA Aesthetics

“I wish I had had more guidance when I founded ALDA Aesthetics.

I had so many questions – about patient care, EMR systems, and injection techniques – and I often felt like I had no one to turn to for clear, practical answers.

I love aesthetic medicine. Now that I have a thriving practice and extensive patient experience, I’m excited to pass on what I’ve learned to new practice owners, and provide the kind of mentorship I wish I’d had when I was starting out.”

Frequently asked questions

You must be a licensed registered nurse in Massachusetts and have completed an introductory course in neurotoxins and dermal fillers.

While prior hands-on experience is preferred, I am open to working with providers who are fully committed to the world of aesthetic medicine.

The first step is to fill out the questionnaire on this page. Once I review your submission, I will determine if we are a good fit for collaboration and reach out.

No, you do not need to be in Hanover. However, you must be located in Massachusetts and within a two-hour radius of ALDA Aesthetics.

If I determine that we are a good match after reviewing your submission, I will reach out to schedule a visit to your practice. During this visit, we will discuss expectations, protocols, and compliance to ensure that this partnership is truly the perfect fit for both of us. From there, we will begin our partnership.

I have been practicing aesthetic medicine for 11 years and have owned and operated Alda Aesthetics for 9 years.

I earned my Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) credential in 2018, the only certification endorsed by the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses. As one of just 20 CANS-certified nurses in Massachusetts, I take pride in bringing high skill, safety, and excellence to my practice. This distinction demonstrates my expertise, professionalism, and dedication to the highest standards in aesthetic medicine.

I have been a registered nurse since 2002, with 18 years of bedside experience in the Medical-Surgical Intensive Care Unit (MSICU) at Boston Children’s Hospital.

I began my journey into medical aesthetics in 2014 and opened ALDA Aesthetics in 2016. Today, ALDA Aesthetics is a nationally-recognized top 500 Allergen Aesthetics account. In 2024, ALDA was recognized as a Top 10 location to achieve the highest year-over-year growth in each state.

In addition to ongoing mentorship and guidance, networking, and training opportunities, you can expect access to preferred pricing on Allergen, Galderma, and Revance products.
